A quick intro to Boost
Hey — we’re Alex and Nick.
We built Boost because the data scared us — and we’re guessing it scares you too. As fathers, personal trainers, educators, and community builders, we see it every day. Only 1 in 4 children in the US gets enough physical activity. Rates of childhood anxiety, poor sleep, and nutrition-related illness are climbing. These aren’t abstract statistics — they’re kids we know. We also know that when movement, nutrition, and mental health are discussed at home and practiced as a family, everything changes. Research shows kids who learn healthy habits early are significantly more likely to maintain them for life.
But most parents — even great ones — don’t know where to start. These topics feel big, clinical, or just awkward to bring up. We built Boost to remove that friction entirely. You don’t need a PE degree. You don’t need a plan. You just need to show up — we’ll handle the rest. That’s what Boost is. And it’s what we wish we’d had.

Questions, answered.
Do I need a PE or teaching background?
No. Every lesson has a Parent Prep tab — what you need, what to do if your child resists, modifications, and multi-age tips. Read it the morning of; prep is 10 minutes at most.
How long does each lesson take?
About 30–40 minutes — a short video plus discussion and the physical activity — with a 7-day challenge that carries through the week.
How is Boost different from other homeschool curricula?
Most PE & Health options are either free videos with no records or pricey textbook bundles. Boost is short, engaging videos plus the system that tracks completion and generates the year-end records you actually need.
Can I use it for kids in different grades?
Yes. Every lesson works for both the K–2 and 3–5 bands, so multi-age siblings can do the same lesson side by side.
Do I have to homeschool to access Boost?
No. We're optimized for homeschool families — pacing, parent prep, the year-end portfolio — but the lessons themselves are accessible to anyone who wants to teach their kids the fundamentals of lifelong health.
How much does Boost cost?
$29.99/year for the full K–5 curriculum across every kid on your account. Renews each year for as long as you're using it, with new lessons, content, and parent material added every year. Waitlist members start at $26.99 (10% off). Cancel anytime.
Will Boost satisfy my state's homeschool reporting?
Boost documents every lesson with timestamps and your attestation — strong evidence for state portfolio requirements. Final compliance is yours; verify your state's rules at HSLDA.
Can I cancel?
Yes — cancel anytime in Settings. Anything you've downloaded or generated stays yours forever; you just won't receive new content or updates after the cancellation takes effect.
